Ardyss Exchange Policy Only – No Cash Refunds – No Exceptions

Please follow the next steps if you wish to exchange your item purchased for a smaller/larger size within 30 days of sale date only!

Step #1: Make sure your garment is clean, free from any odor and with no tears. The garment can't be washed, but you can wipe away any marks with a baby wipe.

Step #2: Get Money Order/Cashier Check, payable to “Ardyss-BodyShaper” for $22.00. (Please view the bullet point below explaining this fee)

Step #3: Send the product you want to exchange in PERFECT CONDITION along with a note indicating the new size wanted to our warehouse located at:

* Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all exchanges. We will not pay your shipping cost.

* All exchanges must include the following payments inside returned package: $7.00 USD - Exchange Fee (Money Order/Cashiers Checks Only). A $15.00 USD – Overnight Shipping Fee for New Item (Money Order/Cashiers Checks Only)

If you don't include the exchange fee inside the package we will not exchange your garment. Payment must only be made is a Money Order or Cashiers Check. Exchanges may take 5-7 business days. Please be patient.
